鲤鱼的营养价值

1、鲤鱼的钾含量较高,同时也含有不少的不饱和脂肪酸。

鲤鱼汤的做法

原料:鲤鱼1条,玉兰片50克,香菇50克,番茄50克,菜心50克,鸡油50克,精盐、味精、料酒、茴香各适量,葱、姜、蒜各10克,植物油

做法:

1、先要洗净鲤鱼,剖斜刀;葱切斜块;姜蒜去皮切片;玉兰片切片;香菇开水泡发洗净,切去根蒂;

2、番茄用开水烫过,去皮切斜块;

3、菜心用开水烫一下。

4、将炒锅置旺火上,倒入植物油,烧至6成热时,

5、将鱼下锅,急速捞出,放入料酒、精盐、味精、鸡油、玉兰片、香菇、葱块、姜片、茴香、蒜片,放少许水,

6、上笼大火蒸20分钟;拣去调料,放入另一个盆内。将原汤倒入汤锅内上火,加菜心、番茄,

7、最后放鸡油少许。煮沸后将汤浇在鱼身上即可食用。

功效:利水消肿、通乳下气。适用于水湿内盛、水肿胀满、泄泻、小便不利,以及黄疸、妊娠水肿等病症者食用。
